Special Language Table

Special Language Table at 5:30 on Friday (11/4) at Mission Park Dining Room (We will be in the regular dining area near the window. You will be able to spot us easily.)

Come and join us with another special language table with two alumnae, Regina Im ’12 and Sara Kang’14. Come with questions about studying Japanese at Williams, and job and research opportunities in Japan and US!

Regina Im ’12 double majored in Economics and Asian Studies, and studied Japanese for two years at Williams (Third Year and Fourth Year Japanese). After graduation, she worked in consulting for two years in DC. She has since moved to NYC and is currently a financial analyst at Ralph Lauren.

Sara Kang ’14 double majored in Japanese and History and studies Japanese for four year. While in Williams, she visited Japan many times: summer intensive Japanese program in Osaka, volunteer work in an organic farm, semester abroad in Wasada University and summer research in Okinawa. After graduation, she spent one year at Kochi University as a Fulbright Student Fellow, then studied Japanese further in the Inter-University Center in Yokohama for one year. Currently, she is pursuing an MA in Regional Studies East Asia , Harvard University.
